I was having trouble finding a battery for an older model 883 Harley Davidson after talking to the "usual" lot, and then I stumbled across Matt at the Allstar Batteries supply at Flinders St in Northlakes. What a champion guy, got my battery at a LOT better price than the HD dealership, I even had a couple of choices after I'd been told that the configuration I needed was "discontinued" !! Amazing experience here. I thought the battery in my car key had died - hence went to get a new battery. After that didn’t fix the issue, the guys here helped to trouble shoot and ended up fixing the issue which was a loose fuse in my car. They were extremely helpful and service was 10/10.

Matt at North Lakes went above and beyond today to save my stranded wife needing a battery fitted a her work. I rang at 8.30am and by 10am it was all sorted. This is the service that keeps me returning to Allstar Batteries. Well done.
Service and price are good but they don’t honor their warranties. My 2 year old battery died. Went there in hope to replace it bcoz it has 3 years warranty but the guy started making random excuses. Not good experience. Edit - no store person did not offered me loan battery. He said I have to leave the battery for one day . I asked him if he could give a laon battery as i need to get to work but he said he only has one battery and that’s not properly charged. Either you trying to be innocent or he’s lying to you .
