Feedback for the owners and a heads up for potential new patients. The website advertises Neurological Physiotherapy but they only have one specialised physiotherapist and they aren’t taking on new patients. Would be good if their website was honest about this rather than having to call and ask twice (first receptionist didn’t know and no one present to ask).

Lachlan has been supportive, and instrumental in my rehabilitation. Highly recommend him as an Exercise Physiotherapist.
First session last with Rob, he was super friendly and informative of what was going on and the plan going forward. On time and didn’t feel like I was being upsold or pressured. Front of house staff were also great and communication prior to the appointment was good.
