I had pretty much given up on physios after years of ineffective treatment for upper and lower back pain... then Kristin was recommended to me and my faith was restored. She has been absolutely incredible and I owe my recovery to her.

How great is Kristin. When I first came to see Kristin I could hardly walk without pain and discomfort to my knee. After following her instructions with a detailed exercise plan that she guided me through ………..I can not only walk pain free again but I am back running again. Can’t thank Kristin enough.
Kristin is an awesome physio, she is compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Kristin applies a variety of manual techniques to relieve my pain and tension, followed with an exercise plan. I was seeing her prior to my orthopedic surgery and throughout the rehabilitation till a full recovery. Thank you Kristin.
