Really great team. Friendly and genuine. I do Hydrotherapy in the heated pool, Strength Training in the gym and a group Balance Class. Trainers can change but, they have all been excellent. Can recommend ✔️

Do not bother with this physio practice if you are not an NDIS participant. They take advantage of elderly vulnerable people who need physio for pain relief by charging NDIS rates. When the rates came down in July 2025 for NDiS cap rates, they tried to off shoot their lower cap rates to non NDIS clients like us. We only had 1 session with them after paying out of pocket for an assessment. We agreed to their higher hourly fee for a non senior physio, only to be told later the fee would increase again.
