Do not bother with this physio practice if you are not an NDIS participant. They take advantage of elderly vulnerable people who need physio for pain relief by charging NDIS rates. When the rates came down in July 2025 for NDiS cap rates, they tried to off shoot their lower cap rates to non NDIS clients like us. We only had 1 session with them after paying out of pocket for an assessment. We agreed to their higher hourly fee for a non senior physio, only to be told later the fee would increase again. I had pretty much given up on physios after years of ineffective treatment for upper and lower back pain... then Kristin was recommended to me and my faith was restored. She has been absolutely incredible and I owe my recovery to her.
