The person who greeted me and asked what I needed was very nice. The woman who printed my new card, also very nice but the lady who saw me standing in front of her and did not budge or turn her head to acknowledge me needs more training in customer service. Even if you're doing something a simple, someone will be right with you wouldn't kill you to say.
Awesome, loan was done within 1/2 hour and staff people were very knowledgeable and courteous!!!
