I open a new checking account at AllSouth credit Federal credit Union, and transferred some money from my Tennessee account to my new account here I want to brag on RUCHA Pickens Very intelligent woman she did everything for me because I did not know how to do anything I love that woman she’s great. I recommend coming to this place and asking for Rucha.

This is a very friendly and amazing branch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you walk. It's a home away for home for your financial needs. Needed some help with a payment and Mr. Breeden went above and beyond to help. Would recommend this branch to everyone.
The person who greeted me and asked what I needed was very nice. The woman who printed my new card, also very nice but the lady who saw me standing in front of her and did not budge or turn her head to acknowledge me needs more training in customer service. Even if you're doing something a simple, someone will be right with you wouldn't kill you to say.
