This review is no way a reflection of the tellers at the location, as they were always friendly. Tried to bank here to support a local small bank, but they make everything extremely difficult. It seemed like every time I need something done, I would call in to the help line, wait on hold forever, just to be told I needed to go in to a branch. In a day, when technology can make things more convenient, AllSouth seems to be stuck in the past. I would look for other options in the area.
Why does it take 4 days for my monthly check to go thru.
Top-notch service from Miss Holly at the Lexington location. She made the experience fantastic.
