this is the worst bank. it's like they want to run their customers off. I have been with allsouth for since 2010 maybe longer and I will be finding another bank that actually appreciates their customers.
By far the best banking experience I've ever had! The people here treat you like family! This is my One Stop Shop.
I am giving a 3 star review because the branch manager was so helpful when I took out my auto loan. Otherwise, it would have been a 1. The loan officer was cold and indifferent. Then, I just got a notice from AllSouth that my checking account was closed due to lack of use. I only had $10 in it and had basically forgotten about it...but rather than sending me $10, they charged me $10 as a "dormancy fee". Pure greed.
Everyone in the office is nice and kind and always smileing.
