AllSouth Federal Union is one of the best experience I have had in Banking. I give thanks to the Bank Mgr. Angela and her team on W. Shady Grove Rd, Irmo. Their lending/auto refinance department and professionalism is the best. I was able to refinance my vehicle and get a well deserved personal loan in one day. Wow.!! How many banks you know can do that? This bank is gorgeous, brand new as of 2026. Go by Allsouth now you won't be disappointed.
Nice new location! Very pleased. Easy access to the road and traffic signals. Staff is always polite and courteous.
Michaela and Holly were so personable and a pleasure to work with! I was refinancing an auto loan and it was not only a great rate , but a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this branch which was the one originally located in the Ballentine Walmart but has moved off the Peak exit.
Even time the app updates i have to dang near hack the system to get back in the app updates then send you to play store to login. Then there is no way to handle customer service. I well be removing my account. This is not a proper run location
