The teller who assisted me was very polite helpful and professional. I highly recommend this branch to anyone.
Ms. Emily assisted my significant other and I with a terrible situation that happened with a car loan. We were so frustrated and uneducated in the matter. We panicked badly. She made us feel heard and understood while giving us every possible solution to help and sending us to the right person to help. We walked out of there with the best solution handed to us and a huge panic lifted off our shoulders. Her and the staff of the Batesburg location have done nothing, but go above and beyond for us!
