Where is my money in my savings account? I cannot see any transactions on where my money went. I couldn’t get verified after I gave them my social security number and drivers license number. Really?? I’m military and not in the area anymore. The last transaction I can see is from Dec 2023 showing the money I had in my account but now it’s gone. I called several times and nobody can help, they say to send a secure message through the app but the app doesn’t even work. Don’t do business with this place unless you like horrible... read more
I love this bank
This branch needs to hire better help. Everyone is slow moving, the tellers are rude and you will sit in the drive through for maybe an hour. There is always one girl working the drive through alone during lunchtime which is the only time many people are able to make it to the bank.
