I just got off the phone with Brandon who works possibly in your call center for the Parklane location he was extremely rude and condescending in tone will do all my further banking in person to avoid being talked to like a child
Poor phone customer service to resolve a hold that happens every time I use Zelle. Wasted an hour of my time with 4 different transfers to get a rude associate who was unable to help me. Hey I used zelle again and cannot get in touch with somebody to get my hold resvolved. Do yourself a favor and bank with somebody else.
I wasted $45 trying to get a wite wire transfer done here.
