Absolutely horrendous hold times. I received a bill in the mail that could have been designed by my 5 year old so I was suspicious. I called the only number on the bill and was on hold in their phone tree for over a half hour so I had to hang up. Called 8 more times and experienced the same lengthy hold time. Once over an hour. I was convinced that the bill was fraudulent so I called Blue Cross to report it. Only by working with Blue Cross was I able to finally reach a person to validate the bill.
