Do not apply here, you will regret it. They do not have the slightest semblance of a proper HR team, making it very easy for anyone in a leadership position to take advantage of those below them. They have absolutely no structure around promotions or employee reviews. I found myself in multiple "he said, she said" conversations because of those in power and their compulsive habit of lying. I’ve been at Allscope for over 5 years now and can say that working for a smaller agency definitely makes a difference compared to my experience at some of the larger shops. Each employee is truly recognized and appreciated for the hard work they put in and management is always supportive in helping us grow within our roles. With our media expertise, we’ve built very strong relationships with our clients who continue to see success in our campaigns.

Because it’s a smaller shop, your opinion actually matters when decisions need to be made – a totally refreshing experience from the larger shop that I left. I have been at Allscope Media almost 4 years as a Senior Buyer. This is the best agency I have worked at. Truly professional,. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Management makes sure you have all the tools you need to get your job done. They are understanding of a balance of home/work life. Everyone works for the same goal, to make sure clients needs are met and are successful.
