All Save Car Rental made our trip so easy! The rental process was quick and hassle-free, and their location is just minutes from Lihue Airport. When we accidentally left a phone in the car, one of their team members personally brought it to the airport for us at very short notice — that’s service on another level! Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
This place is amazing. First they are the nicest customer service and so easy to work with. Most of all when we returned we realized we left something at our hotel and they were very helpful in us going to get it. Great car too and the lowest price we found. Highly recommend as usually rental cars are not easy, they are so easy! And they have a cute car outside!
Absolutely awful! Worst car rental ever. They started off by charging the 81.00 in airport taxes and fees for a $200 rental. This was never mentioned in the original contract. They told me they took a video before I rented and would be charged extra for sand but the car was filthy up on pickup. Seats were stained, Red dirt in the rear tailgate. Windshields filthy.
