I ordered a mini van and received a very old smelly SUV. It was gross and in bad shape with missing pieces on the door handle. I was charged an excessive sand fee. Hello I’m in Maui. ☹️☹️☹️
Prompt pick up at the airport, and very friendly service at the pick up counter
Bad customer service. I paid ahead with Expedia for the car several months in advanced and they double charged me at the counter. Very bad service. Awful company that tried steal your money by double charging you for the rental service you already paid. Expedia should not partner with them.
