Allsave car rental is Awsome. They have a dedicated line now if you book directly on their website or through a reservation agent. Saved a ton of time.
Please stay away from this deceitful business. It may seem like a nice cheap option but I will warn you that nice listed price quickly turns into a loan. First and foremost, the customer service was horrible. The person whose name was on the car didn’t have a valid credit card (our fault) but I had talked to customer service to make sure we could use a debit card. They assured me that was fine but didn’t mention the change in the deposit between a debit and credit card… and nowhere do they have these amounts listed in the fi... read more
Do not rent from this company. Got a flat tire on the road to Hana and there was no spare tire or safety equipment in the vehicle. I had to call a tow truck because Allsave wouldn’t answer their phone. We were stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours. Now they want me to pay for the car not being able to be rented for the day that the tire had to be repaired. Disgusting, dishonest company that should not be in business. Go with anyone else but this terrible, deceitful company.
I would give this place zero if it was an option. The customer service is beyond trash. This lady at the front desk is so rude and has an attitude problem and does not want to help any customers. We had to wait over 2 hours for a car and when I asked the front desk lady, she just simply said it’s not my responsibility.
