I was very happy with the service we received at Allsave. The shuttle was available when we arrived at the airport and the check-in process took less than 20 minutes. The van we rented was very clean and ran flawlessly. I would use their service every time!
Great prices for car rental. Excellent customer service. So far it was my best experience renting a car on Maui, Hawai'i.
We were told all the cars that were available were vans or convertibles. We wanted a convertible so worked for us except the 2020 Camaro SS top would not open so returned it two days later. Told they could not repair so come back in an hour and they would have a different car available for us. When we returned they said we needed to go fill the tank (two gallons) or be charged and since we had already had to drive from Napili and spend our morning trying to replace the car decided to pay the fee so we could leave. The Price was great compared to the other rental agencies. There were some scratches and dings, but the van ran great with no issues.
