Amazing rental experience. Clean nice truck, super fast and easy pick up, great prices, super fast drop off. Staff was nice and easy to talk to. No drama. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! Only problem was they didn't have anyone running a shuttle unless I wanted to pick the car up after 12, but we got a ride there earlier to pick up at 10.
Don't follow the Hurd of people to the trolly! The fox shuttle picks you up outside the airport on the north side of the building. Very easy, no hassle service (unusual for a rental car service). We thought we got a jeep but turns out they just give you whatever midsize suv they have. We got a Honda pilot and were very happy with it. Over all pretty stream line service for the price!

I don't often write detailed reviews, but my experience with Allsave Car rental was horrible, and I don't want others to experience what I did. I waited at Maui airport for their shuttle over an hour, made calls that went unanswered and unreturned, and finally arrived at the Allsave "airport" rental office on October11 ( they advertise that is at the airport, but it is not at the rental station and is several miles away).
