AllSaints sells online gift certificates, but does not email them to the recipient. Technical support refuses to solve problems, send a certificate to the one who paid and promises to sort it out in 24 hours. After 24 hours, nothing is solved and the support simply does not work on Friday at 3-36pm Do not buy anything here
Popped in here this week. Had a fantastic experience - was helped by Nicola who was very attentive and helped me find an outfit when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The whole team was very enthusiastic and helpful. Will be coming back!
Strange experience. Me and my friend walked in and went our separate ways to browse. Sales person acknowledged my friend, told her about sales, and complimented her nails. Same sales person never says a word to me even when we make eye contact. Wanted to try some things on but the ick from staff was too strong.
