We paid for an order in June of 2024 and as of Jan 2025 it’s not fulfilled. Nobody will return our call or our email. I’m afraid they have stolen our $6500.
BUYER BEWARE- I placed an order in October that they took $13,000 from me and never placed the order with the Manufacturer. LUCKILY i paid on my American Express. If you havn't had a dispute with Amex before, usually it takes 30 days for them to investigate. They closed this case in 24 hours, which means to me that they have had many disputes.
We have two large orders that have been paid for and have not been fulfilled yet. We have attempted calling and emailing, with no response. Please contact our team at House of Form immediately for an update on our order or a refund if you're unable to complete our order.
