First time trying all provide. I ordered food for my senior dog and puppy. They mistakenly gave me adult food for my puppy. I called and got fantastic customer service. They looked me up and apologized and made it right! Just fed my senior dog her food and she loved it. She cried for more! They told me to keep the adult food that they accidentally sent and told me it was safe to give to my puppy. Gave him a little to try and he was sold, too! I will be ordering more

Poor customer service. Took 2 emails from me to get a response regarding a delayed shipment and then the response seemed like they didn't even read my email and didn't address my concerns at all. They seem to have good reviews in Dr Judy Morgan's "official" Facebook group, but that is partially because the group admin team deletes posts mentioning concerns.
Terrible customer service! If you have autoship they don't hesitate to take your money but don't inform you the food you ordered is not available. So your dogs are out of food and your left wondering what is going on. When you contact them they just offer a refund. No help with what to do about the hungry dog that now doesn't have food until they get it back in stock. How do you offer auto ship if you can't fulfill your orders???? This dog food saved my dogs life. I switched six months ago and his liver and kidney panels came back normal for the first time in 3 years. This is the only food I will continue to feed my dogs!!!!
