I had spa package. With last service ( body scrubbing and mad wrapping) I was frozen. They have warm bed, but they don’t have showers to take scrub and mad off. They use towels to clean you up. This process was long and I was very cold under conditioner. I ask lady to cover my arms and shoulders during she is clean up my legs. So… finally in couple days I must to go to Emergency because I got Pneumonia 😢. Never back this place again . Don’t recommend any body. This place not ready for this type of service. 😢

I would like to start with Juanita was very Professional with her approach. She’s very attentive towards my every need. She asked me where would I like her to focus on her efforts on first. She executed her skills with precision, she was very effective and as an old Army Veteran who had back surgery arthritis she took very good care of me. I never felt so comfortable. I highly recommend her services and I will continue to request her services.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Allora Day Spa. I booked expecting to have a relaxing soothing couples massage for husband and I. As we walked in the place looked nice and the receptionist was pleasant and offered drinks. However, The minute we walked in the room it felt extremely small and very hot for a couples massage, which made the experience uncomfortable before the massage started.
