From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warmest, friendliest front desk team, and the waiting area truly sets the tone for a relaxing experience. I would like to start with Juanita was very Professional with her approach. She’s very attentive towards my every need. She asked me where would I like her to focus on her efforts on first. She executed her skills with precision, she was very effective and as an old Army Veteran who had back surgery arthritis she took very good care of me. I never felt so comfortable. I highly recommend her services and I will continue to request her services.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Allora Day Spa. I booked expecting to have a relaxing soothing couples massage for husband and I. As we walked in the place looked nice and the receptionist was pleasant and offered drinks. However, The minute we walked in the room it felt extremely small and very hot for a couples massage, which made the experience uncomfortable before the massage started. I used to have a membership with Allora, but there were issues in getting credit for my monthly at one point to be able to book, so I canceled. It sounded like they needed time to sort out system issues then. I was looking at returning to Allora with some time passed, and I decided to book a massage this month. She listened, was understanding and apologetic, and genuinely wanted to know how they could turn my experience around. That effort did not go unnoticed.
