The establishment is commendable. My Swedish massage experience was exceptional. The sole concern pertains to a discrepancy regarding a military discount. Upon booking, we were informed of a $20 reduction per service. However, this agreement was not honored post-service. Aside from this, the facility is pleasant, well-maintained, and tranquil.

The staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the appointment booking all the way to the actual massage. This was the first time I had a male masseuse Kevin. He made me feel comfortable and did a great massage. My husband's masseuse sorry missed the name also did a great job. I was a bit worried when I pulled up outside and saw the location because I have been to other spas close to other businesses and you can hear noise from next door, but that was not a problem hear. The atmosphere was relaxing.

2 stars based off of the communication only due to lack of communication with a text or email confirming the apt. I had to call to confirm a day before and then received my intake form only about 5 minutes before the apt was supposed to start. Unfortunately, we got stuck at every red light and traffic was backed up along the highway…we couldn’t make it. Charged 50% of the apt time which is fair as we understand the therapists could have rebooked. Just unfortunate we could not rebook for a later time.

Janessa was amazing!! Loved my facial so much and I've been to multiple people who do facials and I really lost hope because I never saw the results I wanted to, but Janessa delivered, served and exceeded. Thank you so much!!!
