Everything about this spa is amazing! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by staff, and offered a drink. I chose a mimosa, of course. I had booked a one hour tension relief massage with Francesca and I slept for 12 hours that night lol. It was definitely needed! The only feedback I would offer is having the process explained a little more thoroughly and a more in depth consultation at the beginning. This was my first appointment with Franceska and she is amazing!! I have been getting therapeutic massage therapy for 30 years. And she is one of the very best I've ever had. I needed some extra help moving around and dealing with a bad shoulder. And she could not have been more accommodating or kind which helps so much.
I had my first facial at Allora by a very professional Technician name Sophia. She gave me the best facial I have ever received in my life. Sophia made me feel very relax and made sure that I was comfortable. She has a soft voice so when she tells what she is putting on your face, she wants you to be prepared and informed. Thank you Miss Sophia, I will be back
