We recently had a major issue with a very large roller blind. Allora staff were fantastic in terms of listening to our concerns abd providing support! The issue was addressed promptly and efficiently, with Rhys explaining why it had happened and how his solution would ensure this would not happen again. We would thoroughly recommend Allora for their professionalism and excellent customer service - something you don’t experience very often.
I recently contact Allora blinds to enquire whether they did Roman Blind repairs. I dealt with Rhys who was not only helpful, he was knowledgeable and very professional. Today Rhys came out and did the repairs - omg amazing!!!!! i told him how i had called 9 other places and was so amazed that Allora came to the Yarra Valley! I had a great experience with Rhys from Allora Blinds today. Very professional, honest, and fair with work that was required to repair my blinds. Would absolutely recommend him to everyone from simply repairs through to new blinds.
