Spray painted my yard, the neighbors yard on both sides, stuck flags across all three yards without a knock on my door or consent. The neighbors are very upset, worried about the damage to their lawns. Now I have anxiety of what could come next since reading some of the reviews here! I rent, and any damage they do the trees, bushes or fences I will have to pay for! I reached out to their "info" line, only to be placated and told that the contractor will contact me before digging. I do not have much hope it will get better...

I have a literal sink hole in the front of my house. Yes, on July 13th 2026 I filled out the construction concern form to have it addressed and still have not heard back from them.

Terrible service. Decided to switch from Xfinity. Filled out a request to start. Didn’t hear anything for a week. Left 2 request for call backs. Called to confirm service. I was told they received request but had no answer on why nothing has been done. That’s it nothing else. Didn’t try to fix the issue. Went back to Xfinity.
