Great service provided by Sam! Very personable and easygoing. Sam was very respectful of our property and where to install and place the equipment/modem. Very much appreciated the extra help on getting the tv and remote set up.
I just started with allo. I haven't had any problems with the service even when it's windy or raining or even when it snows.. I like that. An I pay less then I was with the other provider.. if u don't have allo maybe you should try it out.. let them know I sent you..
Good people but hands down worst internet I've ever had. Constant disconnects and drop out low speeds. Generally lucky to get 100mbs when paying for a gig even after techs come and "fix it"
One employee at the Grand Island location doesn't work well with customer satisfaction. Was not greeted when I entered this business. I've waited 45 minutes to return equipment.
