Very poor customer service. when you go and call in to one of their businesses it directs you thru a call prompt that assumes you are already a customer. that should not be the first thing it says. second. it assumes you are trying to pay a bill or have an issue. As future potential customers you are treated as a second class person as call prompt 3 is " all other inquiries" . not a message about signing up for allo. the prices for allo are also higher than windstream. so why would it be the better deal???
High speed internet paired with DIRECTV streaming = best experience. Top it off with a great work environment!

I’m very satisfied with my fiber Wi-Fi. I’ve have very good speed and no outages. Love that they give a discount for the low income.
