The good would be that she was quite present in sessions, and a good listener and communicator. The bad was that she ghosted me. She said she would get back to me regarding scheduling, after quite a number of sessions. She never did, and I had to contact her twice before she admitted she was moving on. It's my understanding that therapists can move on from a client with or without reason. But without communication is another thing altogether. This was, unfortunately, unprofessional and unkind.

I have been with Allisun for about a year, with approximately four sessions a month depending on our schedules. She has made a huge difference in my life in more ways than just stopping the negative habits I have. I see multiple therapists regularly with specialties in different modalities. Allisun has the most calming and comforting energy of anyone I’ve met. The first time meeting her it felt so natural and comfortable. Her presence and energy alone is inspiring. Allisun is a wonderful hypnotherapist. She’s not only highly trained in the methodology of hypnosis; she brings a freshness and intuitive fluidity based in deep compassion for the person in front of her .
