I received Allison's information from a friend who was trying to describe craniosacral therapy to me and thought I should give it a chance. Allison provides such a calming presence and her studio is set up just the same. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in and she explained everything she did from the very beginning. I left the session feeling wonderful and much more relaxed. Will be back for more sessions and I highly recommend!
