Today I called Kaiser to get set up as a new patient and mentioned a symptom I have and Alexis, the person on the phone went into high gear to get me into a physician today. Checking in was easy, the nurse (Laura I think) was delightful, and Dr. Reddinger was friendly, professional, and caring. Chong at the Lab was amazing, helping me relax and took my blood efficiently and with no pain. The Imaging folks were also very good and made sure I was comfortable. De, Reddinger was able to identify quickly the source of my condition and start a plan to help me overcome it. She was gentle and caring and made me feel comfortable and cared for.
My own health is good, so I use Kaiser to maintain that and have found them to be supportive of staying well. When my late husband was terminally ill, Kaiser did a great job of caring for him and covering much of his medical expense in cooperation with Medicare.
I normally do not post negative reviews, however, I feel strongly that I need to share my experience; In my opinion, I find her to be untruthful, lacks professionalism, and I question her integrity. If you are seeking a professional, ethical, truthful, individual, keep looking.
