Allison helped me every step of the way through a refinance and mortgage on a new property. One phone call and I immediately got better rates than the bank could give me. She was also super available and helpful for any of the questions I had during the purchase process. She lined up appraisals, helped me with the lawyers and the mortgage subjects. Everything felt easier than I expected with her help. Thanks again Allison!
Allison patiently lead me through the confusing and scary process of buying my first home. She took the time to make me feel comfortable by explaining every step and answering my many questions. Her years of experience spoke for itself and personality was professional yet caring - it was exactly what I needed as a first time home buyer. Even after the purchase she has maintained checking in and making sure we settled in ok. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends and family!
Allison was awesome to work with for our mortgage application on a recent purchase. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to explain details and follow up. She event sent us a very thoughtful gift at Christmas. Thanks again Allison!
What a great experience with Allison. Who knew getting the biggest loan of your life would be so easy? The level of service that she provides makes you feel like the most important person in the world. Her communication is top tier - I live 500km+ away but you’d never know it because her efficiency on the phone, over text, via email, and behind the scenes is second to none.
