I'm only a few sessions in but I am already so grateful for my time with Allison. She is the first counselor who I feel understands me and what I'm trying to communicate. Her insightful guidance has already helped illuminate a few things for me that I can take real action to work out.
As someone who will go through any and all therapist to find the right one, look no further. I've had therapists that feel like they do judge me, they don't talk enough, don't provide enough mental strategies to help with struggles, or they will literally leave a space in time without saying anything, but not Allison.
