I was issued a traffic citation. There were no nearby homes or businesses. The place had a middle of nowhere feel to it. I didn’t realize the speed limit was only 25, because there were no nearby speed limit signs. Not really sure why the speed limit would be only 25 if it’s the middle of nowhere?
