Trucks pick up garbage bin and drive down the street before they place it back down. Then have to walk down the street to retrieve it. Next time there will be a surprise waiting if it happens again. They need to be disciplined since training doesn’t work!!! Just a sad excuse for a profession that’s not a bad one.
It's been a month since they have picked up my trash. After calling today they would tell me nothing, only a half hearted apology. If I had a choice to use anyone else, I would. Looks like I'll be making weekly trips to the dump myself. These guys are worthless Edit, it's now been two months, I just want them to come get their trash can. My trash and my neighbors trash has been untouched since sometime in August. This is absurd. Worst waste collection business I could imagine.
