Poor service - often pick up missed - paying for nothing! Workers appear over worked and most likely underpaid for there efforts.

If your garbage isn’t packaged beautifully in small bundles of joy, they won’t pick it up, they report you to apartment management and you get fined. They’ve only been servicing our apartment complex for a few days and have already had our apartment management send out a long list of their complaints about how we residents package our garbage. I’ve been here for three years and the previous trash company had no complaints, if they did, they left you a nice note as a reminder. They didn’t report us let alone fine us money.

This service is a sham. These guys are extremely inconsistent and shady as well. At times, they just don’t pick up heavy trash even when TRIPLE bagged. They submitted false reports claiming I had liquids in my bags but it was double bagged cat litter. There is regularly garbage strewn along the street in the mornings because it fell off they’re truck and they didn’t go back to clean it up. I would rather have a dumpster where I can dump my own garbage because these guys are terrible and have terrible customer service.
