The truck got to our new location from Cali to Tennessee in good time. We have a long gravel driveway that was hard to turn into for a 70 foot truck, so they used a smaller truck to shuttle from the big truck. It worked great. We had some things break, but it was expected. They were small things that I packed myself. One of the moving people on the Cali side did break my Fousball table and didn't report it. We moved cross country with Pool’s moving through Allied. Great experience throughout with no complaints - the packing was thorough and we received our household items well packaged and safe.
Great service, starting with the estimate with Abby. Her estimate was so incredibly accurate, it was amazing. I compared her estimate of weight to the actual weight sheet and she was dead-on. The crew that loaded the truck was top notch. They had all the boxes lined up in our driveway by size, so when the trailer arrived they were ready to roll.
