Packers were fairly fast and efficient. Only downside, they threw all the nuts and bolts and power cords in one box, the parts box. As someone who has experience moving, I KNOW you tape the zip lock bag with the nuts, bolts, and power cords to the specific furniture that it came from. I warned them of the risk of loosing that specific box several times. They lost the box. EVERY SINGLE PICE OF FURNITURE IS USELESS, INCLUDING MY SAFE. Loading and customer service was great. Pricing seemed very high and no price consideration for PBO. $6k for a 1-bedroom apt on the first floor. It was peak season and short notice, so I was cornered.
