Overall, we were satisfied with out experience using Allied for our move from Canton, IL to St. Louis, MO and would use them again for a similar move. The driver was always helpful and on time, communication during the move was clear, and we got our goods moved with very little damage to either our goods or homes. We chose not to purchase the add-on insurance, so we were promptly reimbursed $0.60/pound for the few things that were damaged. The reasons we do not give 5 stars for the review include: 1.
