Extremely courteous with great communication. This is our 4th Allied move. 100% pleased!
Kirk and his crews were great at both ends of the trip. He made it across in record time even with truck issues. He really focused on meeting my needs. Would use again.
Car arrived promptly and household goods arrived in good condition and per promised schedule.
While the outcome of the move was successful it was not without much drama. First, they underbid my pack out by almost 40%. They attempted to put the onus of their mistake on me by corersing me to pay the difference, even after I called out that per their Total Price Guarantee stated that only items I added after signing the bill of lading would be an additional cost.
