Sadly, I am receiving this request for a review when I still have not been informed when my belongings will arrive. Siracusa Moving and Storage fails at communication and honestly. I moved from US to Canada. Long story short -you must meet the truck at a customs agency and provide a list of everything on the truck. Siracusa chose NOT to inform me that due to other loads going over weight, only part of my load made the truck.
