Sadly, I am receiving this request for a review when I still have not been informed when my belongings will arrive. Siracusa Moving and Storage fails at communication and honestly. I moved from US to Canada. Long story short -you must meet the truck at a customs agency and provide a list of everything on the truck. Siracusa chose NOT to inform me that due to other loads going over weight, only part of my load made the truck. Great movers. Punctual, and honest. Every aspect of the move was a they said it would be. They worked with us from start to end. Don't be fooled by "cheaper" alternatives, they end up not working out. Use a reputable moving company with the experience and reputation, like Siracusa - Allied!
Mike Randolph, the driver/owner of the rig handled our move tremendously. He kept us informed of throughout it. The packing/unpacking team on both ends were hard workers and efficient.
