The moving personnel who arrived at my house were fast, efficient, very nice. They were the same hours later at the destination, despite having to work later in the evening. They did a good job with my move an I would hire them again!
Good but not great. Driver was very good. Better experience loading than unloading. Unloading went too fast and 40% were delivered to wrong room or floor. Assessing damage and I am still moving boxes to right room and unpacking.
Zero complaints. Everyone involved made my life so much easier and had really great energy while doing it! I will be using them next time I move.
Good, but communication is lacking
Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We were quoted for a full-service move of a 5-bedroom house with a detached garage, yet the truck that arrived already had another load on it. The driver immediately realized that everything wouldn’t fit and left behind our living room, basement storage, and garage items. What followed was even worse.
