I am so glad I contacted my local Allied Van Lines who actually sent out an estimator Patrick to my home. He provided me with very detailed information about the whole moving process. Downsizing after 35 years into a smaller home out of State was a challenge. Allied Van Lines driver and helpers made sure our furniture was completely wrapped and handled with care. Everybody was so wonderful & incredibly helpful. Very smooth process!
All of the positive ratings convinced me, however their service was appalling. My furniture was damaged by the movers, the delivery was unnecessarily delayed, and customer service disappeared. Completely disappointed and lacking in professionalism
While everyone else's moves appear to go smoothly, mine was a nightmare, filled with delays, damage, and no one to respond to repair calls.
