We purchased two of the CB4000 clocks and had trouble getting them set up and finally got someone to help us get the clocks setup. During this time we were talking with the help desk and requested more time to try the clocks out and were told that we had an additional 30 days. Before the time was up we decide that the clocks did not work as advertised and we wanted to return them. Customer service would not stand behind their product or their commitment. I will not buy from them again. Buyer beware!

Customer service is exceptional! No matter what the issue, they are willing to help or guide you. I would not buy a time clock or time clock accessories from anywhere else!
Allied is the absolute best! We had several challenges with our timekeeping, and they were able to guide and advise us to a solution that worked perfectly! The company we had before just sold a product and left us hanging. These guys are with us every step of the way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Fantastic customer service by Georgia. Thank you for help with a recent order correction through the Chat feature. Set up for the AT-4500 was very easy. Will start using at beginning of next payroll cycle. Confident it will work well but also that if I have any problems that Allied will resolve them well. Thank you. Nice to deal with a business that goes above and beyond.
