Always a positive experience with Allied Therapies. My whole family are patients with the osteo team and have always had great treatment and outcomes, even with more complex issues that have arisen over time. Would highly recommend the team.
Did not receive the services as discussed at time of booking, and still charged full amount. Was told to wait 50 minutes while next patient was seen, to receive treatment. With panic attacks there was no waiting. On discussion with owner and practitioner, they even denied knowing that cranial was booked. Half the fee was refunded. Not recommended, poor communication, and I was even told I was “having a go” at the owner during the discussion of facts.
