My mother was here twice. First time she was treated wrongly by a CNA but we let it go as it was only verbal not physical. The second time though a nurse was rude to her for three days straight. Then when my mother four days into her stay had to be taken to the hospital ER I was called late that evening and told all her stuff was packed and waiting for us to come get it, I was shocked as her stay wasn't over.
