The level of service of this company has deteriorated over the last few years. They were not fully transparent when they made the quote. The delivery time was one week late but they didnt take any responsibility for it and didnt make any compensation. Several items were broken but their insurance company played by different rules and refused to pay. In general their service now is below standards.
DO NOT USE ALLIED! After nearly 10 moves in my professional career, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Poor communication, unable to get a delivery date (my items are in limbo), unable to get boxes collected, received a surprise invoice for additional charges that were never mentioned (that have required multiple calls and emails to dispute), every single item on the truck (not in a box) was filthy - and I have spent hours cleaning. Save the heartache - Use a different provider.

The Manager Ms Gloriah Morelli to the removal crew Luke & Raz have been most professional. My wife & I couldn’t have asked better. I’m sure the delivery to our recently purchased home in WA will be prompt & there will be no hitches. Once again many thanks to all. Roger & Lorna
