Average communication. The team didn't show within the scheduled time and no apology from them. A phone call to the ops manager advised that it was due to mechanical issues. One of the crew wasn't very focused, asking one question and doing another. Had the crew argue that the furniture wouldn't fit even though I was returning to my home. Overall the furniture was not damaged and once arrived unloaded in a timely manner.

The Allied Team did a great job. They were friendly, efficient and took care with what they did. Would recommend them what hesitation.

Would not use Allied again The team were polite on arrival however they did arrive late and more concerningly there were less removalist than expected. That aside, the biggest issue experienced was simply how slow they worked and deliberately. Unfortunately the circumstances of the move made a "fixed price" arrangement difficult and proceeded on an "hourly rate" instead.
