Excellent, friendly and efficient service from the initial contact to the delivery. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to engage them again.
While the initial phone calls, quote and packing service in the UK were great, it all went downhill after that. I was asked to send the wrong paperwork, which would delay my shipment when it arrived, and then the agent missed my emails. Our shipping to Australia sat at UK docks for nearly two months before finally leaving the UK. On arrival in Australia, we had very little help or communication from the ‘local’ agent, Allied Moving Services, who were on the other side of the country. Best team to do the job. The team was amazing both in Melbourne and Yamba. Pricing was great and the whole process was seamless. If you want to move interstate this is the company to use.
