Very disappointing experience with Allied’s delivery service. The delivery team arrived, dropped off the four packages, and were preparing to leave immediately. There was no attempt to unwrap the furniture, place the items where required in the home, or remove the packing materials — services that Allied clearly states are included as part of delivery. I had to speak to management during the delivery and argue for them to at least take away the cupboard boxes. Even then, all other packing materials were left behind and none ... read more

Wonderful team! They took a lot of care loading a smaller truck that could manoeuvre inner-city streets with the contents of a 4bdr house, to the brim to save having to make 2 trips. Of 6 companies that I contacted for quotes, Allied were one of two that inspected what needed to be taken. Not only did they wrap mattesses and bases, they taped the drawers' metal ruuners to keep them from sliding out.
