All staff were extremely helpful, even willing to reassure me of my moving concerns out of hours and make sure I had enough boxes, tape and paper to make sure everything was packed securely. As I has a lot of plants that are important to me the guys really made an effort to pack them for their best possible survival on a long journey. Awesome phone service very friendly staff, then the removal day came, was even better service the team turned up early did an amazing job total care all round thank you Allied
My mobility scooter was broken with bits of broken parts (hard plastic) on the chair. The drink holder was broken. It was not working on delivery and all the tightening lugs had been loosened off with no prior communication. I had to pay $150 for a mobile company to come out and fix everything up and get my scooter working.
