Our delivery from Coffs Harbour arrived on time. Very efficient guys, polite and respectful of our belongings. Couldn’t fault them.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Communication was terrible I was passed on from one person to the next and when I needed, really needed advice and to talk to someone was told they can't call overseas and could not provide me with a valid number to call them. I was not happy with their declaration overseas they told me to go to customs myself once I did so, they would not provide me with the documents customs required. An armchair was shipped to me via Allied. As recipient they were very easy to deal with, arrived at the agreed time and brought the chair into my house and positioned it where I requested. Their delivery guy was friendly, helpful and efficient. What more could I ask? 5 stars.
