still waiting for the shipment to arrive, it’s been over 4 weeks and nothing has arrived, i wasn’t told it would take 4-6 weeks to get from Brisbane to Townsville! My kids need their belongings! There’s been no further updates as to when this will arrive! i’m very angry we’ve had to wait this long! i’ve had shipments from china arrive quicker. Please get in touch with me and advise me of when my kids can sleep in their bed rather than a blow up mattress on the floor!!!! this is discussing!

So far so good with Allied. Ash, my initial contact was professional, and spot on with her (and my) estimate of square metres to be moved. I was supplied with tape, boxes, and paper that covered all my packing needs, to the last box, amazing. The four men who came to do the uplift were also very professional and efficient under very difficult circumstances.
