Quick, polite, friendly, helpful. Even delivered on good Friday. Pricing was competitive. Only thing I have beef with is as I'm going through the boxes now, The contents labels have been very general, making finding certain things hard to find when you are looking for then. Other than that packed very well.
The deal with our move was to dismantle and re-assemble whatever needed that treatment. That did not happen. Whenever it came to re-assembling anything they "could not find the components".... in most cases (all of the beds, the desk and shelving in the garage). With respect to the shelving this was quite deliberate - I overheard their conversation at one point stating their intentions. I arranged for Allied Pickfords to do a quote to move us from Townsville to Toowoomba. They booked a time and sent me an email confirming. I agreed to the time and took time off work to be there. Waited 45 minutes. Nobody turned up, no phone call. Rang the sales person and went to message bank no call back. Rang the office and they said he'd gone to Cairns and I'd have to do a video quote. Told them this wouldn't work. They rang him and then all of a sudden he wasn't in Cairns he was dealing with an issue with another client... read more
Goods arrived on time and carefully unloaded. Couldn’t have been happier with the service. Would highly recommend.
A big thank you to Allied Removelists from Cairns. From the moment our container arrived from Bendigo the communication was excellent. Emails and phone calls were attended to promptly by Tracey. Arrival of our container was delivered by Dylon and Andrew who were professional, polite and handled our items with care. Would highly recommend this firm.
