Every one we had interaction with at Allied Mackay from the office to the crew that picked our furniture up and then delivered a week later were extremely helpful, courteous, polite and very professional. We are extremely pleased to have chosen to deal with this company .

The customer service was good from the pick up and delivery depots. There was a delay on some of our items which came through 14 days later. Some items were damaged, but we made the decision not to go with their quoted insurance policy so have accepted this… it would be hard to determine where the damage was done (loading, unloading or transit). All in all was a better than average experience and would use them again.
Totally shattered with my experience with Allied. I have used them 4 other times with great results. This time, from Mackay to Townsville, not so lucky. A quarter of our possessions were left behind! My son has a prosthesis, and his mattress was left behind. Not good!!! My washing machine was left behind which is totally deplorable. Having to go to a laundrette.
