The rep called my 72-year-old mother on Friday. Upset her so bad, it caused her to have a heart attack. THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can they treat an elderly person this bad? A typical finance company, they do not care about the well being of their customers, as long as they get there money. FOR A $50.00 damn past due payment. Simply Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not go here if you are in need of money. They don't have time to get you in for a "appointment " any time soon. Horrible management and horrible customer service. I will definitely not ever be a customer.
