Ally is absolutely horrible. I didn't even get a say in being financed through them, then when I was in a car accident I've had numerous people tell me they have sent required documents and they have NOT. On top of that my credit was hit for 70 points for absolutely no reason. DO NOT GO WITH ALLY IF YOU CAN CHOOSE. They will play phone tag and misinform you and put you in financial stress. Absolutely the worst company. I dont even see how they are still in business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company steals your information and breaches contracts. We were approved for a loan and sent through hoops and harassed about two separate notaries until we were encouraged to cancel our application after they had all of our information. Don’t do business with them.

Don't cancel a card and get a new one issued if you may need to use it soon. Ally doesnt put any priority on their good customers access to their credit line. They didn't tell me it would take 3 days to re-issue my card and 7-10 days to recieve it. Low and behold, an emergency arises and I have no access to my line of credit. I will pay off my balance and never use this card again. Not recommended.
