Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. All I need is a lien release . 4 days in, can't find help
This has be sorry comp to use to finance car. My daughter had hers threw them only owed little over 2000. They new car wrecked and was waiting for insurance company to get everything done. Instead of them waiting they come took car out my yard 1:30 am and took over 5000. Of her payout. Now that sorry. They fixed so we can't down load letter nor picture of the car
I never take the time to post bad reviews but this company is so bad that I had to. They make everything extremely complicated and unpractical. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I will never deal with them again and will tell everyone I know not to. Absolutely the worst experience with any company that I’ve ever dealt with!!!! There’s a reason they only have 1.5 stars out of 5.
Company has no ethics or decent values
Worst company to finance through. High apr no matter what credit score you have it will always be high. Then today i found out as my mothers care got taken after she made her last payment they said she owed over 5,000 at the end of her loan for finance charges and they took the car and now she has to pay 5,000 out right just to get the car back.
