The customer service is the worst. Its been taking me over a year since my last payment to get my release of lien on my car. They removed all my documents and turned off any ability to view anything or send messages after my last payment. The customer service has lied stating they sent it multiple times and if never shows up.
Worst people I've ever tried to deal with ever. Can't understand anyone you talk to. They keep cutting you off when you try to talk to them. Tried to set up partial payment because of unforseen health issue and you would have thought I broke every law there is. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. Needless to say did not get the partial payment set up. Got hung up on . Ally Get no stars from me This has been the worse experience I have ever experienced. My payments have not went down and I’ve been having my Car for a year the payment extension thing does not work. They don’t work with their consumers at all and it is sad. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down because of how they are. Nobody likes them. These reviews are horrible. I even told them that. IF YOU ARE NEW TOO, ALLY DON’T DO IT
If i could give negative stars i would. Dealing with ally has been an absolute nightmare and very very challenging. I had an auto loan with them and the car was totalled and the insurance company sent payment and was supposed to get gap insurance sent in. Gap was done and said that they didnt have everything they needed from insurance or ally. Never heard back. Now they are hurting my credit and demanding payments on a car that should be paid off. I'm a new customer to this company. I just started making payment on my Auto loan and I haven't seen my balance going down from the exact balance and I haven't received any records of my payment at all except the recent transaction on my credit card telling me that Ally already took out $686.54. and when I called them they said the fund has been returned. I called my bank and they told me that Ally never returned anything. It's been over a month now I'm about to do my next payment. What should I do. Any idea
