Don't cancel a card and get a new one issued if you may need to use it soon. Ally doesnt put any priority on their good customers access to their credit line. They didn't tell me it would take 3 days to re-issue my card and 7-10 days to recieve it. Low and behold, an emergency arises and I have no access to my line of credit. I will pay off my balance and never use this card again. Not recommended.
Cornelia the security guard was awesome she was great help especially on Christmas Eve it was hard to reach someone but she was right there at the desk to assist me thanks for having a great customer service 😊
Holly smokes this company use to be good several years ago now they are crap! First i paid off my truck then said lean release should be in a month. Waited over a month then called back to be told we still owed $70. Over nighted them a check few days later goes by and they said they still haven't received it. Now they are telling me once they receive the check it will be closer to two months before we get the lean release. I know for a fact you all can send it in an email and I will be on the phone everyday till I get it. I ... read more
Zero stars, terrible customer service, terrible customer service representatives, awful cell service, frequent call drops, I will never again be involved with anything to do with Ally.
