Love the ladies here. The dog picks out what she wants and I get snacks. Tip the dock men working that load up your heavy orders.
The store is fantastic with a wide selection of items but their communication SUCKS. I walked 1/2 a mile one way to pick up bird seed. When I went to the dock to fill the order, I was told that the seed i wanted was out of stock. So I had to go back to the counter. Get a refund. They offered to sell me a lower grade of seed. Gave a perfunctory "sorry." Now my money is tied up for several days. I still have no product. I would much rather support local business, but communication is a very base skill.
