Very poor customer service. Returned package to seller as they said they could not deliver. Only freight company that can’t deliver to a large apartment complex who have staff there during business to manage all the incoming freight and mail. They said they had contacted me 4 times with no response but funnily I have not received any texts, calls or emails as all my details were correct on the order. Very rude customer service representative as well. Don’t use this business, if you can call it a Busines.

Used to be ok. Next package 2 packages that needed to be sent to NT. One made it to a Darwin truck. And somehow the second package from same company going same place same customer reference number and shipping number was sent to Perth. Tried calling customer support was not helpful at all
