No w2 were received Call said they were send by mail Why? Everything we had done has been digital until now?! No way to get a copy by logging in Said no their website you have to request a paper w2 sound like they don't want to provide documents

First, I think there should be a no zeros option which is what this company deserves. They are hired by state of conn to do a simple job which is to PAY people, they are a fiduciary. Also they are responsible for approving new caregivers that are desperately needed. I have a severely disabled son and trying to get anything done or approved by this company takes days to weeks,mean while the clients suffer. As many have said before, they really don’t care. This company gets a B-???? They shouldn't even get that! Yeah, there's only 4 complaints here but they get many complaints on the DAILY. They screw up our paychecks OFTEN. And when you finally get through to their customer service after HOURS or DAYS of calling them they IMMEDIATELY try to assume it's something that YOU did wrong on your end. Good luck calling them on a Friday when you find out that they messed up on your check by either not paying your for all your hours or not paying you at all. They won't even answer thei... read more

Wow...I have NEVER experienced such an inconsiderate and incompetent business. They look for ways to not pay you then when they can't find any they make them up. I have been working with a lady who hasn't been paid in over THREE weeks!! I myself am missing a check from one week and hours from various other weeks...They do not have an email in which to contact them nor will they share documentation of the time sheets you have submitted with you or your employer. Absolutely awful customer service in a pandemic when people need to get paid more than ever, and then turn it around and put rhe blame elsewhere.

I loved working for allied community the past 5 years Most issues is pay!! Spoke to payroll several times still not in my account as of Tuesday I am going to news Chanel 8!!!
